I’m Kat Tichy, creator of The Reset Protocol — a science-informed, multidisciplinary approach, combining techniques from hypnosis, NLP, neuroscience and coaching. It is designed to help professionals unblock, improve performance, manage stress, and overcome unwanted habits, fears, or phobias.
This work is practical and forward-focused. Rather than analysing the past, we focus on your present challenges and the outcomes you want to achieve.
Habits, fears, and phobias are learned patterns — and learned patterns can be unlearned, with the help of effective tools. Letting go of a deep rooted fear or habit is profoundly liberating. It sends a powerful signal to your mind and body that change is possible. And once that shift happens, a new question naturally emerges:

ABOUT ME
I have followed an exciting and creative career path — from TV producer and day trader to voice actress and performer. A few years ago, my life came to a standstill following a severe burnout. The same tools that helped me reset, refocus, and move forward are the tools I now use to support others.
I’m deeply fascinated by the power of the mind and the neuroscience behind it. I love connecting with people on a meaningful level and finding ways to facilitate positive change.
For that reason I decided to study NLP Techniques, as well as Hypnotherapy at the Jacquin Hypnosis Academy, where I was drawn to the warm, calm, down-to-earth approach to rapid change. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working with clients all over the world, and I love this work wholeheartedly.
I’m bilingual and work in English or in German.

I experienced this fear myself for many years. In the hours before a performance as a singer I would feel sick, dizzy, forget lyrics, get into a state of panic and wonder why the hell I put myself through this. I can happily say that I have conquered this fear now and I can finally concentrate on putting on a good show, enjoy myself and connect with the audience.
The same Hypnosis and NLP tools that helped me move past the stage fright are what I now use to help others. I can fully relate to the struggles and it would be my pleasure to work with you, so you can get up on stage, focus on what you do best and have fun with it.

Deep rooted fears or phobias can significantly impair the quality of one’s life.
Perhaps one of the worst components of a phobia is the out-of-control feeling. You may understand that your phobia is irrational or excessive but no matter how hard you try, you cannot get it under control. Some people feel embarrassed, some become reclusive and depressed.
The good news is that together, we can reset the response mechanism. You don’t have to LOVE the thing or the animal you are scared of — this isn’t about that. The goal is simply to remove the old alarm response so you can stay grounded and in control. For many this results in a much better quality of life and a sense of empowerment.
Maybe you can’t consciously remember a time when you didn't have the fear or phobia und you think that you are stuck with it.
But babies are born with only two fears - the fear of loud noises and the fear of falling - which means that every other fear or phobia is a learned response mechanism, usually triggered by a traumatising event.

These habits are often driven by subconscious triggers such as boredom, stress, or anxiety, and they’re reinforced by the meanings we attach to them. A common example is the belief that smoking helps you relax, even though it is a stimulant and doesn’t calm your nervous system in any way. They create a temporary illusion of calm by relieving nicotine withdrawal, but ultimately increase anxiety and tension over time.
