Swish - try this

  • Imagine you are sitting in a cinema, seeing a big screen in front of you

  • Bring up the old image/state , the image of you just before you’re about to smoke

  • In the corner of the screen see a thumbnail, place the new you image: confident, calm, resourceful, free of the old habit.

  • Swish:
    New image → rushes in big and bright
    Old image → falls off the back , crumples, turns black and white

  • Do this 7 times, each one faster

  • Finish by imagining the new image in a real future situation.
