A personalised 4-session programme designed around your specific goals and challenges, using my NeuroShift Method - a powerful blend of Hypnosis, NLP, Performance Coaching and Neuroscience.

This is for people who know they're capable of more but feel held back by unhelpful patterns, habits or ways of thinking.

Every journey begins with a complimentary 30-minute consultation. We'll explore what you want to achieve, identify what's getting in the way, and determine whether we're the right fit to work together.

Over the course of four private sessions, we uncover the deeper patterns driving the issue, release unhelpful beliefs and behaviours, and build new ways of thinking, feeling and responding to support lasting change.

Each session lasts approximately 90 minutes and takes place online. You'll simply need a comfortable place to sit and a pair of headphones. I also incorporate carefully selected sound frequencies to deepen the experience and enhance focus and absorption.

If you wish, I can create a personalised hypnosis audio tailored specifically to your goals, allowing you to reinforce the work between sessions and tap into your subconscious resources whenever you choose.

The Phobia Reset is designed to interrupt and retrain the automatic fear response associated with a phobia.

Phobias are learned, conditioned responses that can become deeply ingrained over time. They often persist even when you know, logically, that the fear is out of proportion to the actual situation. Using powerful NLP and hypnotic techniques, we work directly with the subconscious patterns that keep the fear response in place.

Even if you've lived with the phobia for years and can't remember being without it, change is possible. The aim is to help your mind and body respond differently, so that situations which once triggered fear can begin to feel neutral, manageable and no longer in control of your life.

This programme includes two 90-minute private sessions and a personalised audio recording to reinforce and strengthen your new response.

These usually take place once a. week over the course. of. 4 weeks and address. things like overwhelm, procrastination, sleep issues. or self doubt.
